Q: Is the Original Gen 3 waterproof? A: Yes, the Original Gen 3 has an IP-67 Water Ingress Protection Rating meaning it's completely waterproof (fresh & saltwater) and submersible up to the 3 feet for 30 minutes.

Q: Can I charge my device through the Original? A: Yes! In order to charge your device using your Turtlebox you'll need to have a USB-C compatible charger. Plug the USB-C into the out charging port and connect it to your device.

Q: Does the Original Gen 3 pair with my Original Gen 2 speaker? A: No,​ the Gen 3 does NOT pair with the Gen 2. Gen 3 features Party Mode, which allows users to pair an infinite number of Gen 3’s, Cubs, Rangers, & Grandes together for an unbeatable surround sound experience (Party mode does NOT work with the Gen 2’s).
